Before you start the questionnaire please complete the following steps...

1. Take Digital photos of your property and house
2. Scan your lot plan or hand drawn house and property with measurements
3. Upload the images and lot plan on your computer to "My Documents folder"
4. Then answer a series of questions in the Online Design Guide
5. Upload Your Photos and lot plan images to our online server
6. Choose your design fee package

Once we have received your photos, measurements of your home, answers to the questionnaire and your design package option we will contact you to confirm your design fee payment and setup communication with one of our professional designers.

Our landscape designers start working to create a design that matches your wish list.

What you get when you're complete...

When the design is complete you will be e-mailed a digital preview for your approval. Once you have approved the design you will be e-mailed:

• 1 color rendered master plan drawing
• 1 black & white working drawing
• Plant list outlining the plants used in your landscape

For an additional cost you get the photo you sent enhanced and e-mailed to you in a format you can see on your computer to show you what your landscape can look like before a shovel touches the ground.

Based on a 40' x 50' area the prices are the following (plus applicable taxes):

• Front Yard $300.00
• Back Yard $400.00
• Full Lot Plan (50' x 120' lot) $800.00
• Photo Enhanced with Plant List $ 160.00

There is a $200.00 min for any plan under 200sq. ft. Any plan larger than these above sizes, your information will be evaluated and you will be contacted with a confirmed price before work commences.
